HTC Evo 4G ini juga bekerja sama dengan Sprint. Dan sudah hadir di negara-negara lain.
Dengan layar 4.3" membuatnya menjadi layar ponsel terbesar dari yang lainnya (meskipun sebenarnya LG GW990 yang memiliki layar lebih besar lagi dibanding Evo 4G). Handphone ini tidak memiliki keyboard QWERTY seperti Samsung Intercept yang juga menggandeng operator Sprint.
